What Open Window is
Open Window is a free informational and referral service operated by a private company. We publish general educational material about Medicare enrollment periods and, if you choose, pass your request to independent insurance agents and organizations. We are not an insurer, agent or broker; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program; and we do not enroll anyone in any plan.
Educational content is not advice
Enrollment periods, dates and rules summarized on the Site are general and simplified, and they can change. The situation picker, birthday explainer and checklist are illustrations, not determinations of eligibility. Confirm your own enrollment options with Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048), Social Security or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). We do not offer every plan available in your area.
No guarantees
We make no promise about plan availability, coverage, costs, savings, approval or outcomes. Plans vary by ZIP code, availability and eligibility. Any decision you make is your own.

Your submissions and consent
When you submit a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and belongs to you (or that you have authority to provide it), and you authorize us to share it with partners as described in the form and our Privacy Policy, including permission to be contacted by phone, text and email. You may revoke consent at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no unlawful, fraudulent or misleading submissions, no scraping or automated harvesting, no interference with security or operation, and no use of the Site to send unsolicited messages.

The Site's text, graphics, design, code and the Open Window name are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal use. Other uses require our written permission. Third-party names mentioned belong to their owners.
